Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (Individual Contributor role) to own and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability and thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving demand generation, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and contributing directly to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Demand Generation:
    Plan and run end-to-end campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Performance Marketing:
    Independently manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI, CAC, and conversions.
  • Hands-on Campaign Management:
    Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns—ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
  • Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing:
    Execute lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and automation journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards; derive actionable insights.
  • Content Collaboration:
    Work closely with content/design teams to develop high-impact messaging, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Website & Conversion Optimization:
    Drive landing page improvements and A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Market & Competitor Insights:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital channels.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns while working collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in scaling demand generation for SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel optimization.
  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
