Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Sales personnel with a proven track record in IT software sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Research market to identify and mine data of potential clients and reach out to them
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas in prospective companies.
- Mapping market and innovate in outbound approach.
- Excellent presentation and sound understanding.
- Establish Sales Pipeline and Sales funnel.
- Qualify the need and interest of the prospect before the sales meeting
- Maintain minutes of the meetings and update systems as necessary

Job Requirements: -
- 4-8 years of experience in IT services, B2B SAAS Product sales.
- Experience selling Legal Automation tools will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be open to work from office.

Job Description

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills to join our Product/Customer Support team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, assist with product configuration, and ensure seamless usage of our platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service in a proactive, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Communicate confidently with clients to understand and interpret issues.
  • Take complete ownership of client queries and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
  • Interact with end users to gather detailed issue information and document it accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to explore solutions and represent clients’ interests.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on new features, releases, and ongoing product usage.
  • Assist clients in configuring the product as per their workflow and process needs.

Technical & Soft Skills Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in software product support or client-facing roles.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of APIs is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with SaaS products will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, approachability, and sensitivity toward client issues.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and product features.

Job Description

As an Executive- Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while developing and implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to senior decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Connect with prospects via LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, meeting asks)
  • Send professional and personalized emails to fix meetings
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and meetings fixed
  • Follow up consistently to convert conversations into confirmed meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BD / SDR / Tele-sales / Inside Sales
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or enterprise clients
  • Prior experience in fixing meetings for sales team
  • Strong experience in phone calling & meeting fixation.
  • Proven ability to speak confidently with C-level executives.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
  • Ability to clearly ask for time and close on meeting confirmation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection
